Manager Transaction Banking (m/f/d)
For our branch in Frankfurt am Main

More than 700 employees in Germany offer financial services to corporate, private and institutional clients in our office in Frankfurt am Main and other branches throughout Germany.
- Provide expert advice on internal processes, enhancing the team's capabilities to efficiently focus on growth initiatives
- Act as a liaison between various departments such as IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee data governance within the Transaction Banking domain to enhance strategic decision-making capabilities. Ensure compliance with data management standards and drive initiatives to improve data quality, categorization, and visualization
- Supporting managing the lifecycle of product processing and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with corporate strategy
- Support the development and execution of new Transaction Banking products and processes, conducting feasibility studies for improvements
- Work with internal and external service providers to ensure effective solution implementation and maintenance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in product and service delivery.
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years in Corporate Banking or similar roles within international financial institutions
- Understanding of corporate banking environment and transaction banking products. Proven track record in business management and strategy implementation with a high attention to detail
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, experience in managing complex work streams, corresponding stakeholder management and regulatory reporting
- Strong skills in interacting with senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships within the bank
- Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
- Experience in international contexts is advantageous
- Demonstrates strong service orientation and ability to work collaboratively
