- Design and Branding: Create compelling graphics and visuals that help strengthen the MUNICH INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM brand, especially our AI-related initiatives.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on creative concepts and produce engaging content for social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Website & Collateral: Keep our websites fresh, visually appealing, and user-friendly; design brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Event Support: Craft visually striking event assets (banners, invitations, signage), and capture event highlights through photos or short videos.
- Project Ownership: Take on mini-projects (e.g., photo shoots, brand guidelines, mini campaigns) to showcase your creative flair.
- Communication Champion: Help shape our tone of voice, proofread and refine copy, and maintain consistency across channels.
- Work Culture & Innovation: Bring your ideas to the table, experiment with the latest tools (including AI), and help us celebrate our team spirit.
- You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (ideally in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field).
- You have some experience in design and communication, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- You're proficient in Microsoft 365 and skilled in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite,Figma).
- Bonus points if you have experience with Webflow or other website builders.
- You're comfortable using or exploring AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline your workflow.
- You're a team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- You communicate fluently in German and English (spoken and written).
- You're curious, open to feedback, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
