Backoffice & Application Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced back office and applications specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crushing (both hard rock and soft rock), materials handling and processing / beneficiation. This role will primarily focus on supporting front-end sales and managing global projects.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical support and expertise in crushing, materials handling and beneficiation.
- Work with front-end sales teams to support customer enquiries and project proposals.
- Manage and coordinate global projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports and presentations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in order to provide innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, business or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years sales support and application experience in the crushing, screening, materials handling and beneficiation industries.
- Proven experience in crushing (hard rock and soft rock), materials handling and processing / recycling.
- Strong understanding of global project management and front-end sales support.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools.
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
