  • Configure and manage the total rewards module, including compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
  • Streamline compensation workflows to align with company policies and strategies
  • Ensure accurate and secure management of compensation and benefits data
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to support total rewards initiatives
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track compensation trends and support strategic decision-making

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HCM system management, with a focus on total rewards modules (compensation, benefits, rewards) within large organizations
  • Relevant certifications as Workday are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, and how they are implemented and managed within HCM systems
  • Experience in designing and optimizing total rewards strategies is essential
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Total Rewards modules within an HCM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle)
  • Strong background in managing compensation and benefits data, ensuring integrity, security, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with HR, finance, IT, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively align cross-functional teams and stakeholders on compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Proficiency in generating and analyzing compensation and benefits reports to support strategic decision-making and assess the impact of compensation programs
  • Ability to identify issues within compensation processes, troubleshoot them, and implement solutions to enhance the Total Rewards system's efficiency
  • Experience in driving change initiatives related to compensation and benefits, ensuring smooth adoption of system updates and process changes
