The Role
With our continuous growth, we are expanding our HR team and seeking a dedicated Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d). You will be responsible for developing innovative compensation models, managing benefit programs, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive employee satisfaction and business success.
- Design and implement a competitive compensation philosophy, including salary structures, pay grades, and equity plans.
- Lead executive compensation programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.
- Manage the merit increase and variable pay processes, aligning them with performance outcomes.
- Benchmark pay practices to maintain market alignment.
- Develop and manage Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs to drive retention and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and oversee global health, wellness, and ancillary benefits programs.
- Conduct reviews to align benefits with employee needs and manage vendor partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, with proven experience in designing and managing equity compensation plans and executive compensation programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of detail-orientation and strategic thinking.
- Certifications, like CCP, GRP, or PHR/SPHR are a plus.
