For our site Diehl Defence GmbH & Co. KG in Egypt, we are looking for a:
Field Service Representative (m/f/d) A-Country
- Preparing and providing technical support and on-the-job training for the customer
- Supporting the customer in establishing maintenance procedures
- Performing on-site maintenance for Diehl Defence
- Controlling spare parts stock and tracking the configuration status of the equipment
- Being the interface between Diehl Defence, local partners, and the customer for all in-service support matters
- You have an engineering degree or are qualified as a technician (m/f/d).
- You are experienced in handling and maintaining guided weapons and ammunition.
- You have an independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills.
- You are willing and able to accept the laws and regulations of different cultures.
- Your English is fluent both written and spoken.
