HORL – from Germany to the kitchens of the world

Our story began in 2016, when father and son Otmar and Timo Horl first developed their revolutionary rolling knife sharpener. This entirely innovative system makes it possible for anyone to sharpen their knives, and with it, cutting becomes a true pleasure. In order to build up our company in the USA and to provide our customers and trading partners with a communicative and trustworthy contact person, we are looking for an experienced person for the role of Customer Service Representative (f/m/d).
- With your manner and way of working, you ensure that all retail partners have a friendly, professional and competent contact person who can help them with all their questions and orders. At the same time, you coordinate orders from retailers with our logistics partners and act as an interface.
- Our E-COM customers also have a friendly, professional and competent contact person with you at their side who supports and assists them with all questions relating to their orders.
- You will independently check all returns and manage them in our system, coordinate possible repairs or replacements and answer all questions relating to complaints and their status.
- You are responsible for managing the necessary logistics for our trade fair stand and the associated equipment and occasionally take on hotel bookings and other organisational tasks.
- You will accompany the sales team to trade fairs (B2B and B2C) and provide support at the trade fair stand by talking to potential customers and winning them over to us and our products.
- You already have experience in customer support and have ideally already successfully taken over logistical processes or tasks in the past.
- You are no stranger to a dynamic working environment, you can prioritise your tasks independently and you work in a conscientious and organised manner at all times.
- You are fluent in English and ideally speak other foreign languages (e.g. Spanish or German).
- You are keen to set up and help shape processes, enjoy taking on tasks independently and can always maintain an overview even when the workload is heavy.
- Not having a team on site at the beginning is not a challenge for you and you can also work well on your own in daily practice without daily, personal exchange.
- You are ready to take on new challenges and you will help us build and expand the US market.
