BENOCS is a small company with big plans to revolutionize network traffic management. Founded in 2013, we introduced the industry's first ever CDN/ISP cooperative solution to provide ISPs and CDNs more control over their network traffic. BENOCS solutions allow network operators to boost network infrastructure efficiency levels as well as monitor and understand traffic flows from within the backbone and on the edge. Our intelligent and fully automated solutions provide network owners and operators a strategic way of coping with growing customer content demands while giving them a competitive advantage.


  • You lead DevOps-related pre-sales and post-sales activities, proof-of-concept development, technical customer onboarding, and managing change requests
  • You act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication with customers, sales, and internal engineering
  • You take ownership of technical relationships with customers, driving satisfaction, growth, and trust
  • You prioritize and manage technical tasks effectively, balancing the needs of customers, DevOps teams, and business goals
  • You troubleshoot and resolve DevOps challenges, leveraging your expertise to maintain high operational standards

Experience: 5+ years in a technical role, such as DevOps, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Project Management

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure setups
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e. g. Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration across departments.

Project-Leadership: Proven ability to inspire confidence among engineers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

  • Knowledge of internet topology and mechanisms behind internet transport
  • Knowledge of carrier-grade network structures & routing protocols
