We are looking for a motivated International Sales / Business Development Manager (all genders) for the Nordic market for our client, an innovative company offering state-of-the-art software solutions for the laboratory industry. In this key position, you will be responsible for the active product sales in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, significantly contributing to the company's growth.

We are seeking dynamic and sales-oriented individuals who can fulfill this role with professionalism and high commitment. Your main focus will be on acquiring new customers and developing new sales channels and markets to drive international market expansion.

  • Conduct discussions with qualified leads to identify suitable solutions and sales opportunities
  • Convince potential customers through engaging product demos and analysis of sales opportunities
  • Independently manage sales processes and optimize sales strategies
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle until contract signing
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information between technical support and customer service to guarantee an excellent customer experience

  • Solid knowledge of the markets in the United Kingdom and Northern Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland) with proven success in B2B sales
  • Basic IT knowledge as well as understanding of cloud-based applications (e.g., SaaS); knowledge in the laboratory or pharmaceutical sector is desirable
  • Experience in digital marketing to support sales is an advantage
  • Independent and structured working style; develop your own sales strategies and achieve your goals efficiently
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to respond to individual needs
  • Fluent English skills; German skills at least at B2 level; willingness to travel required
