Head of Marketing Biologics Europe (m/w/d)


  • Maximize the European Biologics opportunity
  • Define strategy and key tactics for selected products/TAs and support BD&L and portfolio with commercial assessments
  • Support countries with their in-market performance by assessing opportunities and providing implementation support
  • Centrally define launch strategy and prepare all launch materials (“launch in a box”)
  • Support the definition of digital materials
  • Lead the cross-country launch team for Biologics, including defining the launch strategy and developing all launch materials for use by countries
  • Collaborate closely with Market Access and Medical to bring initiatives to life and actively support digital transformation
  • Ensure understanding of market, competition, and key treatment trends
  • Drive patient and customer understanding
  • Ensure peer-to-peer leadership and close collaboration with country marketing organizations

  • Educational Background: A degree in business and/or science
  • Experience: Long-standing experience in branded specialty (Biologics) commercialization, including digital commercialization and prior launch experience
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in rheumatology & oncology with biologics, and experience in the respective countries
  • Leadership: Prior line leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functionally and with country organizations
  • Skills: Strong marketing background, excellent business acumen, communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Language: Fluent in English; fluency in another international language is beneficial
