We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and hands-on Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development (f/m/d) to join our Strategic Projects team in Hamburg. You will play a critical role in shaping applike's growth trajectory by driving high-impact strategic initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting executive decision-making.

adjoe is a leading mobile ad platform developing cutting-edge advertising and monetization solutions for app publishers around the world. justDice develops mobile gaming loyalty and reward platforms. Sunday is a hybrid-casual mobile games developer for fun and easy-to-play titles with hundreds of millions of downloads globally. justtrack provides tracking, analysis, and steering solutions for mobile marketers across mobile user acquisition. Tabbler is our youngest venture and builds mobile games for leading consumer brands.
We are scaling rapidly and expand our teams at our headquarters in Hamburg and our international offices in Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo. Join us at an exciting stage of international expansion!
- Work closely with our VP Strategic Projects and the leadership teams across all applike group companies
- Lead end-to-end development and execution of strategic growth initiatives, driving expansion opportunities, new market entries, and operational improvements
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-value partnerships, M&A opportunities, and strategic investments
- Conduct AdTech market/trend analyses and provide data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations to guide company direction
- Develop business cases (incl. financial models) to assess the viability of new initiatives and support investment decisions
- Partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, product, and tech to drive our main strategic growth initiatives to success
- Support projects and board meetings on shareholder level
- 3-4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups / Scale-ups, or VC / PE with a strong track record in strategy development and execution
- Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners/clients
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (incl. financial modeling), able to turn data into insights and insights into actionable initiatives
- Structured and at the right time pragmatic approach to new challenges, able to lead high-impact projects to success
- Entrepreneurial growth mindset, adaptable and open to change, fast learning, and thriving in highly dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills (English and German)
- Experience in deal structuring, negotiations, and M&A is a strong plus
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or STEM from a top-tier university. MBA is a plus but not required
