- Define and implement the global HSE Strategy, Organization, and Management System.
- Monitor the progress of global objectives and support their implementation. Facilitate and enhance the Safety Culture Project within the TR Group.
- Establish efficient processes, provide necessary tools, standards, and guidelines.
- Act as focal point for all HSE issues within the Group and communicate relevant information to the board and Global Office QHSE.
- Collect and present HSE performance data, derive improvement targets, and manage Corporate HSE personnel.
- Excellent leadership, management, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with a structured work style and assertiveness
- Fluent in English (B2 level) and knowledgeable in ISO 14001 & 45001
- Experience in international matrix organizations and understanding of relevant laws and regulations
