As a working student (m/w/d) in the Engineering Concept Development you will see a high variance of topics and will work very closely with a team of experienced engineers on the following topics:

  • Project management support for technology projects of wind turbines
  • Preparation of presentations, business cases and data evaluation
  • Product cost analysis and modelling
  • Logging protocols of meetings
  • Identifying and prioritizing innovations and ideas
  • Participation in the planning, controlling, implementation, tracking and closing of development projects
  • Research in new technologies
  • Support in general Models WTG
  • Support in benchmarking
  • The work location is in our offices in Rostock, remote work is only rarely possible.


  • Student of Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
  • Involvement in wind turbine technology desirable
  • Can work independently or as part of a team
  • Clear and structured communication skills
  • Structured approach of executing project tasks
  • Creative in finding technical and non-technical solutions
  • Profound skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint mandatory, skills in MS Project, CAD software desirable
  • Fluent in English and German
