As a Sales Manager at OJ Electronics, you'll be a key player in a dynamic and ambitious organization with a proven growth record and a strong strategy for continued expansion. In this role, you will drive business development towards ventilation OEMs in the DACH region and Italy, while also managing global key accounts for selected customers.



You'll work closely with both the Sales team and the technical Product Management team, ensuring that customer needs are not only met but consistently exceeded.

Your Role

  • Drive sales growth by achieving targets in the DACH region and Italy.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, optimizing existing partnerships.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
  • Proactively support the transformation of selected customers from buyers of OJ's standard products to key customers investing in our system solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and ensure customers are well-informed about OJ's latest products and innovations.
  • Work closely with product managers to relay market and customer insights, helping shape new product developments and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Solid commercial and technical background with a minimum of five years' experience in key account management within the HVAC+R industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational awareness, and a keen business acumen.
  • Proven track record in selling technically complex products, with the persistence required to navigate long customer decision-making processes.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong preference for candidates who also have some knowledge of Danish.
  • Willingness to travel 40–60 days per year, primarily within Europe.
