We also support the work of the group companies with various functional areas, such as Compliance, Controlling, IT, Legal, Tax, Risk Control, HR, and Communications.

Team Lead Sustainable Supply Chain Standards (f/m/d).
In this role, you will manage a small team within Group Sustainability driving the implementation and continuous development of our sustainable supply chain standards improving the social, environmental and food safety performance among our direct suppliers, and within our supply global chains.
- Transformative: You coordinate a team with diverse backgrounds and expertise, prioritize topics and jointly develop solutions to pressing issues within our global supply chains.
- Impactful: Together with your passionate team you implement and enhance our supply chain programs Verified and SCIP, and build our group-wide human rights due diligence approach considering legal requirements such as the CS3D, industry standards and customer requirements.
- Product-focused: You make sure that our coffee complies with food safety requirements through upholding our food safety management system.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic: You strive for pragmatic solutions acknowledging the realities on the ground in different cultural contexts and supply chain structures while pushing for improvements.
- Collaborative: You know that real change can only be created jointly. You work closely with your colleagues in the Sustainability Department, in coordination with neighboring functions (e.g. Trade, Legal, Communications), and in joint projects with customers.

- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
- Background: You possess several years of significant professional experience in Sustainable Supply Chains, ideally within an internationally operating company. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations on social topics, human rights and food safety, or certifications are a plus. Your expertise includes the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, coupled with strong project management skills and preferably leadership experience.
- Personality: With analytical skills, solution-driven mindset, service mentality, empathetic and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Internationality: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and fluent english communication skills, Spanish, Portuguese, German is a plus.
- MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package, especially Excel.
