Advanced Nutrients is a Canadian company dedicated to the fertilizer sector that has won more titles than any other brand.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team to be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products in the market.
- Identify and prospect new clients in the sector.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations to explain the advantages and benefits of our fertilizers.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients.
- Advise customers on the proper use of our products and offer customized solutions.
- Meet established sales targets and report results periodically.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events to promote our products and attract new customers.
- Stay up to date on market trends and competition in the sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience as a salesperson, preferably in the agricultural sector, fertilizers, or similar products
- Interpersonal skills: excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: availability to travel frequently throughout Germany and nearby countries to meet with clients.
- Languages: German (native), and good level of English (mandatory).
Permanent contract with trial period according to agreement
40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
