CONTROLLER (M/F/D)
to join our team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational excellence of our international organization.
- Contribute to design, implement, and ultimately manage the Group and local Controlling activities, ensuring effective financial management, control, and reporting.
- Support the Group CFO in strategic financial and operational initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting and key decision-making processes.
- Support in due diligence activities and play a critical role in supporting M&A and post-M&A processes, ensuring smooth integration of existing and newly acquired entities while aligning them with group objectives.
- Manage accounting operations to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and group policies.
- Support in preparing and analyse consolidated financial statements and reports in adherence to international standards.
- Enhance and optimize controlling systems, tools, and processes to drive performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate across functions and teams to align financial and operational strategies with organizational goals.
- Maintain constant communication with local teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration.
- Experience: Proven track record in controlling, financial analysis, and executive-level support within an international environment (former experience in corporate finance / transaction services highly appreciated).
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, M&A processes, and management control systems.
- M&A Expertise: Demonstrated experience in due diligences, as well as management of mergers and acquisitions and integration processes.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German, English is required; Italian and Spanish are strong assets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft BC, Lucanet highly appreciated), advanced Excel, and financial modelling tools.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly advantageous.
