The People Data Analyst (m/f/d) will be responsible for conducting data analysis, developing reports and dashboards, providing insights to support HR processes and initiatives. The analyst will ensure HR data is accurate, complete, consistent, and accessible across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent data visualization capabilities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of Bauer's HR Data Strategy.
  • Extract, transform and analyse data from HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and explore data ad hoc from new sources.
  • Conduct data collection exercises when needed (e.g., surveys).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for HR data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using various analytics tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, data quality enhancements, and automation.
  • Understand stakeholders' requirements and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Supporting ongoing project streams such as ESG Reporting, HR Management Dashboard, Activity Analysis.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics).
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (E2E) is mandatory as well as data analysis (preferably in an HR analytics function).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on mentality, can-do mindset and openness to and interest in various working culture.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), ideally experience working with SQL and Python.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the mindset to work with confidential data.
