Strategic Leadership:
· Develop and implement comprehensive automotive electronics sales strategies aligned with company goals.
· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue and profitability targets.
Team Management:
· Build, lead, and motivate a dynamic sales team to meet or exceed targets.
· Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics, regularly evaluating individual and team performance.
· Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development for team members.
Revenue Growth:
· Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
· Establish and maintain long - term cooperative relationships with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers (Tier 1/2/3), and technology partners.
Operational Excellence:
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
· Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Proven experience as a Sales Director or Sales Manager in a similar sales leadership role.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Good knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, software development, or related technologies.
· Fluency in [languages relevant to the market, e.g., English, German, etc.].
