Strategic Leadership:

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue and profitability targets.

Team Management:

· Build, lead, and motivate a dynamic sales team to meet or exceed targets.

· Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics, regularly evaluating individual and team performance.

· Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development for team members.

Revenue Growth:

· Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

· Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market reach.

Client Relationship Management:

· Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues proactively.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

· Build long-term relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.

Operational Excellence:

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

· Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

· Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.


· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

· Fluency in [languages relevant to the market, e.g., English, German, etc.].
