Job Summary:
As a Junior Technical business development Manager, you will bridge the gap between the technical team and customers. Your role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a technical background to grow in a sales-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:1、Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation
· Analyze market trends in the automotive industry to identify potential business opportunities.
· Develop and implement market - entry strategies for technical solutions.
· Customer Development and Relationship Management
2、Customer Relationship management
· Establish and maintain long - term cooperative relationships with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers (Tier 1/2/3), and technology partners.
· Understand customer needs and provide customized technical solutions.
3、Promotion of Technical Solutions
· Promote the company's technical products and services (such as autonomous driving, electrification, Internet of Vehicles, software - defined vehicles, etc.).
· Participate in technical demonstrations, seminars, and industry exhibitions to enhance the company's brand influence.
4、Cross - Departmental Collaboration
· Collaborate closely with R & D, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that technical solutions match market demands.
· Support product development by providing market feedback and technical suggestions.
5、Project Management
· Lead or participate in key customer projects to ensure timely project delivery and meet customer expectations.
· Manage contract negotiations, quotations, and commercial terms.
6、Performance Targets
· Set and achieve sales targets and business growth plans.
· Regularly report business progress and market dynamics.
· Work experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technical sales or business development. Familiarity with the technological trends in the automotive industry (such as electrification, autonomous driving, Internet of Vehicles, software - defined vehicles, etc.).
· Technical Competence: Good knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, software development, or related technologies. Or familiar with functional safety standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.
· Business Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
· Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
· Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities. Willing to travel frequently.
