Working Student Corporate Transformation d/f/m

To start as soon as possible, part time (max. 20 hours / week), fixed term (minimum 9 months, ideally longer)

On its way there, the company has set itself ambitious targets to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. At RWE Group we oversee and coordinate the activities of our various Operating Companies. We are primarily responsible for overall corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and setting the company's long-term goals and objectives. RWE Group provides leadership and direction for the entire corporate structure and determines how resources – financial, human, and technological – are distributed among the different Operating Companies to align with strategic priorities.

The Corporate Transformation (CHT) department works closely with the Executive Board on various topics to make RWE's culture fit for purpose by identifying transformation needs and mobilising the organisation accordingly. The department hosts RWE's Lean, Change, and Agile programs and supports the group-wide roll out of artificial intelligence and digitalisation.
You will strengthen the Corporate Transformation team by
- co-creating innovative concepts to mobilise the organisation and shape the culture of RWE.
- supporting projects and workshops (preparation, implementation and documentation).
- creating presentations to prepare for decisions on senior leadership level e.g. the Executive Board.
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with an excellent academic record (as a bachelor student, you have completed your first 3 semesters already).
- You were able to gain previous experience from similar activities (e.g. internships, student assistant, project experience) preferably in one of the areas of change, lean, agile, digital/ AI or organisational development.
- You have a passion for change management and ideally already have some experience in supporting change topics.
- You have high ambitions to familiarise yourself with new topics and customer-oriented questions.
- You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working and bring a high degree of conscientiousness coupled with a high level of commitment.
- You enjoy working in teams with an open feedback culture.
- You have fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- You have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with strong PowerPoint skills, and a general interest to work with state-of-the-art technologies like GenAI.
Advantageous, but not essential
- German language skills.
