As our Controlling Manager, you'll be at the intersection of big data and business strategy, working directly with our Container Steering division to unlock insights that drive multi-million dollar decisions. You will:
- Support the development of predictive financial models that shape our Container Inventory strategy
- Lead the modernization of our analytics infrastructure, introducing Business Intelligence tools and automation
- Partner with management to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across our global Inventory network
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across our international organization
- Transform our financial reporting ecosystem through automation and innovative analytics
- Design and implement analysis tools that provide value-adding insights
- Lead critical financial planning processes and provide strategic guidance to management
- Identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Drive the adoption of modern BI tools and best practices across the organization
- A degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience turning complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong command of modern analytics tools (SAP, QlikView, PowerBI, BI platforms)
- Sharp analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex problems
- Experience in creating compelling data visualizations and executive presentations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Container shipping industry experience is a plus
