We are currently searching for a Group Financial Analyst/Expert (m/f/d) for one of our clients to fill a newly created position. Our client is a young yet already established fintech company. The role can be performed fully remotely.

- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and enhance complex Excel models for business planning and forecasting
- Prepare in-depth analysis such as revenue/ EBITDA bridges
- Lead review of budget vs actual numbers and prepare deviation analysis
- Conduct detailed ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
- Communicate financial results and insights effectively in PowerPoint presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Work directly with the Group Director of Finance and CFO on confidential and high-impact projects
You impress with a confident demeanor, a high degree of independence, and possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field is preferred
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (macros and VBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (prior experience in ThinkCell is a plus)
- Advanced quantitative and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, including presenting ideas both in written presentations and to small groups
- Ability to interact and communicate well with senior management, peers and professional staff
- Quick learner, Detail oriented; Demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
- Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; High sense of urgency
