This is exactly where you come in: Your role as a Communicator and Community manager in our Identity & Access Management team

As part of the Global Cyber Security department, our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team paves the way for modern, secure and efficient access to all of the company's systems and apps and offers other important functions (e.g. multi-factor authentication and passwordless login) for all employees. Our new IAM tool is the central hub that ensures all employees and customers have the access to apps and accounts they need.

We are the bridge to the entire IT landscape and ensure the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure. We highly value communication by providing articles, instructions, info pages, digital events, videos and more to keep our active communities informed in the best possible way.

In your role as a communicator, you are the ambassador who spreads the word about our latest developments and innovations to our user groups. You are the bridge between our technical experts and end users to ensure that all stakeholders in the organisation understand how they can benefit from our IAM solutions.

You can get creative with us in these areas:

  • You create articles, info pages and visuals for IT communication campaigns and formats
  • You will write editorial texts for internal communication channels
  • You regularly organise, moderate and host digital events
  • You create internal presentations and documents
  • You further develop our communities with over 1000 members
  • You support in the video production of tutorials
  • You take responsibility for communication formats independently and contribute your ideas

You support the team in day-to-day business activities such as planning and realising workshops and other events.

Qualifications

What you should bring with you:

  • Degree programme: Communication science, media informatics, media science, marketing, business informatics or similar
  • You have an eye for creative design and a sense of aesthetics
  • You are comfortable designing media and writing texts
  • Good knowledge of image editing (e.g. with Canva)
  • Ideally basic knowledge of video editing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (especially PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in creating content on the Social intranet, Sharepoint and Teams channels
  • You are interested in Generative Artificial Intelligence (such as Microsoft Co-Pilot or ChatGPT) and have already gained some experience in this field ??
  • Basic understanding of IT topics and agile working methods
  • Ideally initial experience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools
  • You work independently, organised and solution-oriented
  • You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary and international collaboration
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English as well as German for working in a global team

A plus, not a must - show us your digital portfolio.


Additional information:

Type of internship: Our internship can be completed either as a compulsory internship as part of your degree programme or as a voluntary internship. A combination of both (combined internship) is also possible.
