The Business Unit Europe Africa is one of the largest of TK Elevator's six Business Units. Its Regional Business Support Center is in Dusseldorf, Germany, from where it coordinates activities in 20+ countries, as well a distributor network in Africa. This unit handles the sale, installation, servicing and modernization of elevators, escalators and moving walks. In select markets, the portfolio also includes home lifts and the service of automatic doors. In the fiscal year 2022/2023 the Business Unit had about 14,000 employees and generated sales of around 2.4 billion euros. - Program Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT transformation programs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget while aligning with business objectives.
- Template Solution Implementation: Oversee the deployment and optimization of template solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and business leaders, facilitating effective communication and identifying stakeholder needs.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and monitoring project progress to address critical concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Establish KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular updates to leadership, ensuring compliance with IT governance and quality standards.
- Functional Team Leadership: Manage and coach cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and supporting professional growth and skill development.
- Change Management: Drive user adoption of new technologies and support the development of training materials to ensure organizational readiness.
- Do you have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field? Perfect! Your knowledge is in demand here.
- Do you bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT industry? If you can demonstrate successes in implementing complex IT projects, you are exactly the right fit for our team.
- Are you willing to travel within Europe and Africa? Your willingness to travel allows you to work closely with various teams and stakeholders and drive exciting projects forward.
- Do you have solid knowledge of ERP systems, Field Service Management, and other digital solutions? If you also have experience in change management and business transformation, we look forward to hearing from you.
- Do you possess strong analytical and conceptual skills? Your ability to identify use cases and develop solutions is highly valued here.
