About the Role

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you will provide HR support for Logstor Germany as well as for other Logstor entities based in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, and the Netherlands. You will work closely with the HR Manager and colleagues across different locations to support key HR processes and ensure a positive employee experience.   • Supporting organizational design and development, advising managers and employees on HR-related topics
  • Handling day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, documentation, and reporting
  • Assisting with recruitment for white-collar employees and supporting blue-collar hiring processes
  • Supporting the onboarding of international employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Assisting with HR projects, training programs, and internal communication initiatives
  • Developing and improving HR processes and tools to enhance efficiency
  • Providing general HR legal advice related to employment matters
  • Managing HR documentation and serving as a SharePoint Super User

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2); an additional European language is a plus
  • Experience in an international HR environment, ideally supporting multiple locations
  • Good knowledge of German labor law; knowledge of HR regulations in other European countries is a plus
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with HR systems, digital tools, and SharePoint
  • A proactive and people-focused mindset, with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to work hybrid (3 days in the Hamburg office, 2 days remote)
