For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a
Risk Partner (m/f/d)
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Perform data analysis to inform risk strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Design and implement automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions
- Develop and maintain automated control systems to ensure compliance and quality
- Monitor and optimize control processes to reduce errors and improve performance
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of control systems
- Master Degree Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in risk/compliance/audit of a financial services organisation or audit or advisory company
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of process automation tools
- Familiarity with control systems and automation technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German or Dutch a plus)
