For our first production site in Europe, Obernburg on the Main, we are looking for you as
Process and Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
- Continuous evaluation and further development of production processes to optimize production safety, product quality, efficiency and costs;
- Investigation of new technologies, supervision of trials and development projects;
- Further development of products together with R&D and customers;
- Process engineering evaluations and calculations;
- Coordination of HSE activities in cooperation with our Safety Engineers;
- Conducting employee training;
- Further development and improvement of the QM system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ensuring the quality of our products.
- Degree in engineering, chemistry, process engineering, plastics technology or with comparable qualifications;
- Progressive experience of a minimum of 5 years in the European plastics industry, preferably with bulk material handling, extrusion, polymer production, process design and control;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in project management;
- Very good communication and teamwork skills;
- Hands-on mentality with a result-oriented and solution-oriented way of working;
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken;
- German Residency and Work Permits for Germany.
