Our Internal Audit team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!
About the trainee program:
We offer a trainee position at Uniper with a home base in the Internal Audit team. This 18-24 months program is your gateway to an in-depth understanding of Uniper's business and the evolving energy industry.
At Uniper, you will learn, grow, and collaborate with experts across various fields. You will have the chance to share your ideas, work in projects, and shape your career within a supportive environment. You will learn from network and collaborate with experts from different fields across Uniper, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects. You can gain international experience by doing an optional international placement. You will contribute to our active trainee community, receive many training courses and development opportunities, and network with the trainee community.

- Start your program with a 6-months placement in Internal Audit. Following that, rotate flexibly upon your individual career development path and interests across Uniper
- In your home unit, Internal Audit, you'll get to know our business by participating in audits. You will help to identify impactful improvements and bring in your skills and curiosity in exploring innovative solutions in data analytics, automation, and AI
- After your initial placement, you'll rotate across various departments, tailoring your placements to align with your career aspirations
- Design your individual trainee plan with guidance from a dedicated mentor who will support your personal and professional growth
- A degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, economics, law, data science or a related field and first practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
- Motivation in interacting with stakeholders at all levels across the business and working in a diverse team with colleagues from different professional backgrounds
- Communication skills and the ambition and skills to network among different stakeholders paired with analytical skills
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
