More about Transaction Management (TM):

TM covers the entire value chain of executing complex financing transactions. This includes (i) comprehensive credit analysis (commercial, financial, legal, technical) to prepare credit investment proposals, (ii) financial model, (iii) negotiation of loan agreements with the clients and (iv) coordination of the closing process to ensure seamless execution. TM is divided into two specialised sectors teams: (1) Object Finance focusing on Transportation & Logistics (Aviation, Shipping, Rail Transport, Container / Logistics) and Real Estate; and (2) Project Finance focusing on Energy, TMT & Healthcare and Metals & Mining.


  • Using your sharp analytical skills, you collect & analyse client information and quickly hit the ground running with regards to credit analysis via commercial and financial Due Diligence to create your first credit investment proposals and client risk ratings.
  • Our team can also count on your invaluable support in evaluating credit risks: Be it financial, business or industry – you soon provide your own insights and help us to better forecast the future.
  • And speaking of the future: You'll not only get to try your hand at creating financial models and projections but also work with internal stakeholders to aid in implementing new facilities, collaterals and funding as well as administering processes and in that help pave our way into tomorrow.

  • Enrolled in Bachelor's / Master's degree preferably in Economics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Finance or Law or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree programs
  • Practical experience in related fields (e.g. Wholesale / Corporate Banking, Structured Asset Finance, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory) and sector knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Analytical, detail-oriented team player with a quality-first way of working
  • High degree of self-initiative, eager to take on responsibility in an agile and international environment
  • Willingness to contribute to shaping the world of tomorrow
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English, any other language (e.g. German) is a bonus
  • Available for 6 months starting March 2025 (please specify the exact time period in your application)
