  • Advising and supporting the holding areas in all commercial matters

  • Supporting the holding areas in the creation and adherence to planning

  • Supporting and collaborating with the accounting department in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB

  • Preparing reports for the group and for the holding areas

  • Creating variance analyses and deriving recommendations for action in collaboration with the specialist departments

  • Conducting monthly review meetings with department heads and cost center responsible

  • Further development and design of controlling instruments, processes, and reporting

  • Collaborating with various areas within the group, e.g., regarding cost allocations

  • Preparing business evaluations, reports, and ad hoc analyses

  • Participating in special topics and projects.


  • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification

  • Many years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally in an international corporation

  • In-depth knowledge of business processes in Controlling and commercial processing

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as extensive experience with SAP FI/CO

  • High analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working

  • High communication and teamwork skills

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
