We are looking for a new team member for our HR Principles and Compliance Team.
Your tasks will include:
/ Steering of HR Compliance topics in the TRATON Group.
/ You coordinate and steer the TRATON group-wide implementation and development of HR Compliancemeasures.
/ You are responsible for international projects.
/ Responsibilty for HR Compliance communication within the TRATON group and with Volkswagen.
/ You implement and continuously improve our HR Compliance Management System.
/ Preparation of decision proposals for board presentations.
/ You support the HR compliance Coordinator according to related policies.
/ Master's degree in business administration, law or equal qualification./ 5 years professional experience as a minimum in Human Resources, Compliance, Audit or related area
/ advanced project management skills.
/ Strong ability to integrate diverse perspectives and communicate effectively distinguish you.
/ You are a dedicated and curious personality with passion to work in a dynamic work environment & able towork remotely
/ You have excellent English & German skills (spoken and written).
