As a Global Corporate Communications Specialist (m/f/d), you will serve as the strategic communication business partner for the Gastrointestinal (GI) field or Endoscopic Solutions Division (ESD). You will be responsible for shaping and executing communication strategies that align with the division's business objectives, ensuring impactful messaging across all internal and external stakeholders. Your main tasks will include:
- Strategic Communication Partner: Act as the primary communication interface for all stakeholder communications within GI/ESD, including media, customers, applicants, employees and leadership teams
- Stakeholder Engagement & Information Flow: Ensure seamless cascading of information, aligned messaging and high engagement across internal and external audiences
- Content & Message Development: Lead the creation and implementation of compelling communication materials in alignment with global communication frameworks
- Public Relations & Social Media: Identify and pitch PR and social media opportunities to relevant teams within Communications
- Internal Communication & Change Management: Own internal messaging and channel strategy, ensuring alignment during organizational changes, M&A transitions and other key initiatives
- Leadership Communication Support: Provide communication support for leadership to ensure information flow, engagement and retention
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and global communication teams to orchestrate communications throughout the matrix organization
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Long-standing experience in corporate communications, preferably in a global, cross-cultural environment
- Proven expertise in internal communications strategy and execution
- Experience in change communication highly desirable
- Healthcare industry experience advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience using communication tools and platforms
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional language skills highly beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to craft clear, concise and compelling messaging
- Cross-cultural awareness with a strong ability to manage change and influence stakeholders
- Strategic mindset and ability to balance competing priorities and drive solutions
- Strong interpersonal and lateral leadership skills, demonstrating inclusive leadership and an empowering attitude
- Willingness to occasionally travel globally and flexibility for short-term assignments abroad
- Ability to commute to the office building in Hamburg
