Duration: min. 5 months
- Supporting our HR team in all challenges of HR management: recruiting, onboarding, training, development
- Managing the onboarding and feedback processes of new employees
- Participating in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and projects
- Process support for specific HR projects, responsible for partial project tasks
- Assisting in employer branding initiatives
- Matriculated student, ideally in the field of Economics or Human Resource Management, with a mandatory internship
- Very good written and spoken English skills. German or Spanish desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, structured working methods
- Open-minded mentality
