We are looking for a Senior Product Owner - Search & Discovery to join our Awareness & Discovery domain. In this role, you will shape the future of search and discovery experiences, ensuring seamless and personalized user journeys. - Own and drive the search and discovery product vision and strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Enhance product discovery by optimizing search performance, relevance, and personalization.
- Lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration between engineering, UX, and business teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve search efficiency, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee key e-commerce functionalities, ensuring compliance and localization.
- Work closely with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized experiences.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize based on insights.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features in collaboration with developers.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in e-commerce or search.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at leadership levels.
- Analytical mindset, turning data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of business strategy, metrics, and user-centric innovation.
- Technical expertise in e-commerce, search (ideally Algolia), and personalization.
- Experience with agile methodologies, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Webtrekk, Hotjar).
- Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).
- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 65,000€ and 85,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
