We are looking for a:
Expert (f/m/d) Feasible Design Mechanics
- Functional Lead of the Feasible Design Mechanics team including the numerical plastic mold fill simulation.
- Development and implementation of strategies for the development of optimized plastic parts in alignment with Industrial Engineering and mechanic developers worldwide.
- Implementation and maintenance of a database for the evaluation of feasible tolerance values in cooperation with the global tolerance team.
- Creation of training documents and training of the mechanic team regarding feasibility of plastic parts.
- Continuous improvement of the warpage predictions of the tool fill simulations.
- Continuous improvement of the collaboration with industrial engineering.
- Master of Science, PhD or similar in the field of Mechanics Engineering with the focus on plastic engineering.
- At least three years of experience in the design of plastic parts.
- Strong language skills in written and spoken business English and German.
- Experienced with problem solving processes.
- Communications skills.
- Readiness to create and follow procedures.
