As part of our mission to deliver excellence, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Agile Coach/Scrum Master Intern to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with talented professionals, located in different countries, and contribute to impactful projects in a global environment.
Your Role:
As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master Intern, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical execution and agile project management for our operations team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate agile processes, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with the team to ensure sprint objectives are met and deliverables are on track
- Coach team members on agile principles, methodologies, and best practices to foster continuous improvement
- Identify and address obstacles impeding workflow efficiency
- Manage project workflows to enable the team to focus on technical strategy and execution
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance team collaboration and productivity
- Collaborate on a Master's thesis project (if aligned with your academic goals)
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for fostering collaboration
- Agile and Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist) are a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment
