As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing ecosystem, driving initiatives that unite teams, enhance communication, and streamline processes. This role is ideal for a natural communicator who thrives on building relationships, enjoys managing internal events, and is dedicated to fostering team alignment and synergy across functions.
- Cross-Team Communication: Act as the central communication hub, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely updates across our teams.
- Facilitating Collaboration: Enable effective and efficient cross-functional teamwork through moderation and the use of collaborative tools and platforms.
- Internal Event Management & Team Building: Organize and execute internal events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster engagement and collaboration across the global marketing organization.
- Strategic Project Support: Assist with planning and delivering strategic initiatives and special projects to align with broader organizational objectives.
- Budget and Cost Management: Provide operational support to ensure efficient budget allocation and cost optimization, working closely with the Head of Marketing Operations.
- Compliance and Quality Management: Support the implementation of compliance and quality standards, including assisting with audits, reporting, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines.
- OKRs & KPI Alignment: support the Head of Operations in creating yearly goals and helping the team align on key objectives and deliverables, and monitor also the progression.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Experience working abroad.
- Proven experience in planning and managing internal events or workshops.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of OKR setting, budgeting, cost management, compliance, and quality is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
