Business Development Manager Eastern Europe (m/f/diverse)

Full-time, with immediate effect


  • Development and execution of a sales strategy for new markets and customer groups, especially in the Eastern European countries
  • Responsibility for the analysis and forecasting of the sales development of the appointed international key account customers as well as planning and preparation of sales promotion measures
  • Support of projects from the initiation phase to finalization
  • Responsibility for the transfer of customer expectations to the solution owner
  • Preparation of day-to-day analyses, regular information and reporting of the development of the IKAMs to the team
  • Usage of specific trade marketing measures for the respective accounts with the support of the teams in Ahrensburg and Lochem
  • Responsibility for the coordination of all relevant legal and administrative matters for the (sales) development of both our branded as well as possible OEM products with the support of the IKAM (administrative and trade marketing) teams in Ahrensburg and Lochem
  • Product presentation, sales training etc. in conjunction with your superior within the international IKAM customers; attendance of international customer happenings

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • B2B experience with our product category or in project sales
  • Strength in developing sales strategies as well as in product and solution selling
  • Open eye for market demands and ability to actively translate these requests to your colleagues in product management and trade marketing
  • Ability to establish and expand business relationships with new potential partners
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Agile mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to take into account the particularities of the project business
