Are you an expert in developing customized land transport solutions, optimizing processes, and impressing customers with innovative concepts? Then we are looking for you as a Land Transport Manager Solution Design (m/f/d) for Yusen Logistics BeNeLux & DE!
- Strategic Solutions: Develop and implement tailored road and rail transport solutions for new and existing customers in BeNeLux & DE
- Tender Management: Manage tenders and RFQs from calculation to final proposal submission.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Business Development, Air & Ocean, Contract Logistics) and external partners.
- Process Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation measures.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Lead and develop the LT Solution Design & Procurement team.
- Transparency & Control: Coordinate road and rail transport projects across Europe with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Experience & Expertise: Several years of experience in the logistics industry, ideally in transport solution development or tender management in the BeNeLux & DE market.
- Professional Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Methodological Competence: Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, process modeling, or project management (IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as initiative and a sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license required.
