EUROJET Turbo GmbH is the international management consortium for the Turbofan EJ200 engine developed for Europe's largest joint military aircraft programme, the Eurofighter Typhoon. The company is based in Hallbergmoos near Munich Airport in Germany.

We are looking for a Programme Operations Manager for a Middle East Customer (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week.


  • Integrated project team lead to ensure proper team and activities integration
  • Perform day to day programme management activities ensuring proper planning, monitoring/control and risk management of the contractual deliverables lists
  • Perform daily as Programme Operations Manager for the support contract activities, coordinating activities between partner companies and main support company in order to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
  • Focal point for reporting internally and externally
  • Prepare and integrate programme reports and performance monitors as required
  • Act as focal point in front of customers for the coordination of the several contractual meetings, integrating the various supporting disciplines and attending/leading these meetings either in Europe or in customer country
  • Support the Sales and Commercial Director as required in the acquisition of future export business

  • University degree in an engineering, technical or business field
  • At least 3 years concurrent experience programme management (planning, monitoring, control, coordination and reporting, leading cross functional activities)
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Very High fluency in English language, both written and verbal
  • Good leadership qualities; negotiation and influencing, priority setting, conflict resolution and ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Excellent programme management skills with ability to integrate multifunctional teams and activities
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex problems
  • Ability to create and lead cross functional teams in support of delegated activities
  • Demonstrated experience of managing contract administration and programme controlling
  • Demonstrated experience of using problem analysis tools, solving techniques and risk analysis
  • Experience in the aerospace or defence industry preferably in the maintenance/build lines and logistic operations
  • Experience of working within a multicultural or international collaboration is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • For contractual reasons, the position is limited to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals
