Unterstützung des HR Business Service Teams bei der Bearbeitung von diversen HR-Themen und bei der administrativen Durchführung von Standard-Prozessen
-
Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen über unterschiedliche Eingangskanäle (z.B. Ticketsystem, HR Walk-In) eigenständig und mit Unterstützung des Teams
-
Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und -prozessen in unseren IT Systemen Workday und Service Now
-
Vorbereitung von HR Dokumenten (z.B. Bescheinigungen etc.) und Ablage in der digitalen Personalakte
-
Unterstützung (im Rahmen von Projekten) bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Unterlagen, Anleitungen und Schulungsdokumenten zu HR Prozessen für Führungskräfte und HR Kollegen

Laufendes Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs
-
IT-Affinität und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von MS Office (insb. Word und Excel)

Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
-
Ausgeprägte Kontaktstärke sowie Serviceorientierung
-
Spaß daran, viel zu lernen und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten
