ROSHEN Deutschland GmbH is a Trading House of Roshen Confectionary Corporation, an FMCG company that produces and sells a wide portfolio of confectionary products. We are widely known in many European markets for both traditional and also unique Roshen tastes. While being sold in Germany since 2015, we aim to reach more consumers on the local market.
We are currently looking for the Senior Key Account Manager to join our team for growing and developing key customer accounts. This role will identify opportunities for growth, drive business development with retail partners and deliver exceptional product to them. This position will travel across Germany to partner with clients.

- Development of action plans for growth in Germany together with HQ Regional Director
- Identification and winning new business opportunities within defined market sectors in Germany, analyzing competition and market trends to propose actions and projects
Operational activities:
- Negotiation of trading terms, listing of new products, managing trade spending and sales forecast, performing promotional planning and business reviews
- Organization of sales using multi-level sales strategies across target partners
- Implementation of the sales plan, fulfillment of monthly sales targets
- Presentation of reporting under the set terms and with high accuracy
Relations with clients
- Expanding current customer base within Germany working with different levels of customers (operational, management and executive), analysis of their needs and preparation of commercial offers
- Establishment and maintaining of long-term commercial relationships with new and current customers providing high level of customer satisfaction.
- Master's degree
- At least 3 years in FMCG key account management with food producers
- Sales planning skills
- Highly developed negotiation and commercial skills
- Operational risk assessment skills
- Understanding consumers' behavior
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- German, English Professional.
