Working Student - Customer Service - German & Spanish Markets
Duration: 1 year contract – extendable

Location: Düsseldorf
Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Your responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels and deliver personalized assistance
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer-centric initiatives
- Contribute to building an extensive knowledge base and continuously update it with valuable insights gathered from customer interactions.
- Ideally some experience in Customer Service within the FMCG sector
- Excellent communication skills, good numerical understanding and MS-Office know-how
- Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach, team spirit and willingness to learn
- You are enrolled in a German university for a full-time degree
- Fluent/Native in German with at least professional level in English (essential)
