Our Health & Safety team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
Are you passionate about driving safety and sustainability in the renewable energy sector? Join Uniper Renewables as our HSSE Programs Manager and make a significant impact on our growing portfolio of solar and onshore wind asseats across Europe.
- Develop and execute HSSE-S programs, including Regulative Compliance in European countries, Health and well-being, Training, PPE, and Safety Culture programs
- Provide expert HSSE-S advice to the Renewables team throughout Europe
- Conduct inspections/audits and facilitate HSSE-S compliance and standards
- Serve as the Renewables Health Ambassador, representing the business in the Corporate HSSE-S Team
- Collaborate with Project HSSE-S Managers and Procurement to implement plans and programs
- Safety specialist certification in accordance with § 6 ASiG and DGUV regulation 2 (SIFA certification)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HSSE-S and in providing HSSE-S expert support in a project environment
- HSSE-S management experience/expertise or relevant qualification and experience in managing HSSE legal compliance of business activities
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and risks effectively
- Well-developed communication and influence skills
- Full command of German and English languages
