  • You coordinate, track, and control general bid activities
  • You plan and organize the bid process in collaboration with the Offer Manager, Sales department, and Engineering departments
  • You organize proposals, edit and finalize proposal documents, and, if necessary, lead the proposal team
  • You prepare cost estimates in cooperation with the Offer Manager and Engineering department
  • You acquire the necessary supporting documentation, certificates, and notarizations

  • You have a degree in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or similar, or comparable education at an air traffic control authority
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in project team work with good communication skills
  • You possess good writing skills and very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • You have a technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and present complex technical concepts
  • You take a structured and organized approach to work with high self-motivation
  • You have excellent written and spoken English, and good written and spoken German is an advantage
