  • Training Program Support & Coordination: You will assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses. This includes coordinating training events, scheduling, participant management, and preparing materials to ensure that each event runs smoothly.
  • Content Development & Delivery: You will help develop learning materials, presentations, and e-learning content. Additionally, you will support the delivery of training sessions, including onboarding programs, to ensure our employees are well-prepared from day one.
  • Digital Learning: Managing training registrations, course assignments, and reporting in our Learning Management System will be a key part of your role. You will also assist in implementing digital learning tools and platforms, keeping us at the forefront of innovative learning solutions.
  • Employee Development & Engagement: Supporting talent development initiatives, including leadership development and career path programs, will be another crucial aspect of your role. You will also assist in internal communication related to learning opportunities, ensuring that information flows seamlessly across the organization.

  • Achieving greatness together: You have a bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, you have gained some initial work experience in a similar role or through relevant internships or working student positions.
  • Convincing with words: You possess strong communication skills in English and German.
  • Everything well documented: You have strong conceptual skills, excellent project management and coordination skills, and a continuous learning mindset with the willingness to adapt to new technologies and approaches in learning and development.
  • Stronger together: You will work in the Learning & Development team for the region Europe, collaborating closely with HR Germany, HR Regional and various departments.
