Currently for our German company – ZPUE GmbH we are looking for:
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Place of work: Potsdam or hybrid
- Independent and comprehensive implementation of recruitment processes for ZPUE GmbH;
- Verification of submitted applications and its initial selection;
- Telephone contact with candidates, arranging recruitment meetings;
- Conducting job interviews;
- Building and managing candidates' database;
- Preparing reports related to recruitment processes;
- Cooperation with recruitment agencies;
- Administrative and HR services for candidates selected for employment;
- Conducting the onboarding process.
- Minimum two years of experience in implementing recruitment processes;
- Practical knowledge of modern methods of recruiting candidates;
- Very good knowledge of the German labor market;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Commitment and responsibility in implementing given tasks;
- A higher education degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology would be an asset;
- Fluent in German language is a must;
- Knowledge of English and / or Polish language is required.
