The 2 Ride Group is looking for a Finance Director & Controller for its subsidiaries in Germany and the plant in Romania. We are looking for a business partner for our facilities, with an affinity for numbers and a passion for sports. We currently have 3 main facilities, office and showroom in Esslingen am Neckar, a logistics hub near Dresden and a production plant in the North of Romania.

- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting standards (IFRS, HGB) and internal policies
- Development of budget and forecast plans
- Active cost management and steering
- Detailed cash flow forecasting, focusing on the working capital cycle
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support rapid decision-making and provide clear, data-driven recommendations
- Ability to structure, analyze, and present complex data in an understandable format for stakeholders.
- Monthly Performance Reporting and Quarterly Forecasting per Group Standard
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven insights to improve competitiveness
- Train and support team members in the use of BI tools and the interpretation of financial data.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across defined business units
- Provide strategic financial advice to the local executive team, supporting key business decisions and growth initiatives
- Degree in economics with a focus on finance and accounting, financial reporting, business administration, finance & management, or equivalent
- Min. 8 years of professional and management experience in a comparable role
- Experience in the digitalization and automation of processes
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Business fluency in German and English
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Impressive communication and moderation skills, very good analytical skills, and a high degree of assertiveness and enthusiasm
- Strong Leadership skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking

- Availability to travel at least 40% of the time
